Consultations for Occupied homes start at $175 for a verbal walk through depending on needs, condition and square footage.
A detailed written report which includes recommendations room by room can be added starting at $350.
The proposal will include the rental cost for furniture and accessories plus the One-Time Staging fee to do the work including movers, staging assistants, space planning, color and design coordination, etc.

We understand the importance of maximizing your investment, both for the Seller and the Realtor. Both have the same goal; to sell quickly and for top dollar. For Occupied Homes- We start with a CONSULTATION appointment to address the pre-staging homework that needs to be done first, such as de-cluttering, de-personalizing, removing excess furniture and 'stuff'. We determine what stays and what goes and who will be responsible for the 'to do' list. If you're short on time,we can do all the packing and de-cluttering for you; or to save money, you tackle the list yourself.

We help you set the stage for a memorable event with decor to fit the theme or occasion. We work hand in hand with your caterer and event or party planner to make sure the decor fits the theme of the event, whether it be a safari themed birthday or 50's Rock and Roll Sock Hop.
