I want to let you know that you have turned this skeptic in to believer. I intended to sell my house "AS IS". I did not have any monies set aside to hire a professional stager. I just wanted to sell my home for as much as I could and as quickly as possible. After speaking with you, I felt that I could trust that your knowledge would add real value to my sale.
During the open house, I saw first hand, how potential buyers' jaws dropped as they were blown away by the way you "staged" my home.
Your good taste was made obvious when you were able to coordinate my difficult "burgundy" carpet with your staging inventory.

We had actually accepted a very good offer from the first person to view the house on broker preview day. However, we did not open escrow with this party as their substantial down-payment money was not in the country and would not be for a long period of time. We quickly received
6 other offers within the first 5 days on the market. Escrow closes Monday, 9/15. Please let me know when you would like to de-stage.

Our partnership has proven to be very successful over the last 3-4 years because she knows what it takes to market the property and get the traffic to the home after it has been Staged. Jim Berkson and Jan Noce- Can get phone numbers from their Realtor, Jenean Hill. I staged a home in Lake Forest in May of 2010 for Jenean Hill on Tahoe Lane for the Larsens. Jan and Jim bought that home on the first Open House. They then each sold their homes which I then staged both and each one sold within the first 2-3 weeks. Bill and Linda Gates- Also clients of Jenean Hill- I staged their home in May of 2010. It was a real challenge because of the heavy smoke smell and outdated furniture. They did not have a lot of extra money to invest in Staging. I worked with some of their existing furniture and décor to cut cost, and then with our Staging magic we transformed the home into an updated, stylish home that sold the first week on the market. Mina Chae- 949-466-3396. I have worked with Mina Chae at First Team in Yorba Linda on approx. 15 homes over the last few years. She works mainly with investors who buy distressed homes. She has a team come in and upgrade flooring, interior paint, landscaping, etc. My Staging team was the final and often one of the most important pieces to the success as a whole. She has a very good success rate. Mina is a very successful, no nonsense Realtor who does what it takes to make a sale happen. Her expertise is in getting the best work done for the lowest price, offering her clients, the investors the greatest return on investment. She does a lot of foreclosures and holds homes open through auction. Most of her listings sell within the first 2 weeks as well. |
Bob Bochniarz wiith Coldwell Banker #949-837-5700(office) ;714-504-1763. MLS-S527087-Bob did write me a beautiful testimony, I’m sure he would offer the same verbally. I staged his listing on 25102 Via Baja Cerro. It sold within first 3 weeks, but received an offer that fell through the first week after staging.
Ken Clack- Ken Clack Realty- 949-581-8797. I staged his listing on 25481 Charlemagne.MLS- S539009. It sold the first week also, received several offers and Ken was on his honeymoon, he didn't expect it to sell that quickly so had to get his son to take over until he got back.
Affie Setoodeh-with Century 21- 949-510-0740. I staged her listing on 5 Revere in Irvine. MLS # S543035. Her client, Joni Campbell wrote the glowing testimony above.. It sold the first day after staging. Had multiple offers.
Jim Brophy- With Associated Realtors- 949- 494-4333.Has used my staging services many times. Currently has one I staged on the market at 23831 Cassandra, in Dana Point(Monarch Beach) MLS-S544303. This is the one out of eight that hasn't sold in first month, I believe it is due to price being too high, but that's my opinion. Listed at $999,500 for a 2 bedroom.
